Pre-Order Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2020

If a product is out of stock but a new shipment is coming to one or more of our warehouses, you may have the option to pre-order that product for a discounted price. We call these products, "in transit" products.

If you decide to pre-order a product, you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and other applicable service policies.

The discount amount may vary. We may change the price, discount amount, and/or availability of a product at any time without notice.

You will be charged automatically if the product becomes available in less than three business days. If it takes more than three business days, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to pay or cancel your purchase.

If your purchase contains both in stock and in transit products, you will be given the option to have your entire shipment sent together or separately. If you chose to receive your entire order together, and the in transit products fail to arrive to our warehouse in three business days, the rest of your order will be fulfilled automatically. In case you have used a conditional offer such as free shipping, and your new total is less than the required amount, you are NOT required to pay additional shipping fees. We will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to pay or cancel your remaining order.

From time to time, products may get discontinued or recalled, if this is the case, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We are not obligated to fulfill the in transit products if they are discontinued, recalled or take longer than three business days to arrive.
