Pre-Order Policy

If a product is out of stock but a new shipment is coming to one or more of our warehouses, you may have the option to pre-order that product for a discounted price. We call these products, "pre-order products".

If you decide to pre-order a product, you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and other applicable service policies.

The discount amount may vary. We may change the price, discount amount, and/or availability of a product at any time without notice.

You will be charged automatically if the product becomes available in less than three business days. If it takes more than three business days, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to pay or cancel your order.

If your order contains both available and pre-order products, you will be given the option to receive all your products together or receive the available products first. If you chose to receive your entire order together, and the pre-order products fail to arrive in three business days, the rest of your order will be fulfilled automatically, in case you have used a conditional offer such as free shipping on orders over $70, and your new total is less than the required amount, you are NOT required to pay additional shipping fees. We will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to pay or cancel your pre-order products. If you wish to receive the pre-order products, you are required to pay the shipping fee. 

From time to time, products may get discontinued or recalled, if this is the case, we will notify you. We are not obligated to fulfill the pre-order products if they are discontinued, recalled or take longer than three business days to arrive.
