Low Price Guarantee
If you find a lower price online, in-store, or in print from a retailer or an authorized dealer before you buy or within 30 days of your purchase, contact us through TalkToUs@petlantis.ca and we'll gladly match that price.
Does your product qualify?
- Must have the exact brand name and model number
- Must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all environmental fees, shipping costs, and other charges
- Must be shipped and sold by a retailer AND authorized dealer located in Canada
- The following sellers do not qualify for a price match:
- Re-sellers and private sellers on websites such as Amazon.ca, eBay.ca, Kijiji.ca, etc.
- Any sellers whose products are refurbished or liquidated
- The product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity
- The product's price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price
- Special sale price include: Black Friday, Boxing Day/Week, Cyber Monday, VIP Sale, Friends and Family, financing offers, open box items, refurbished items, clearance, liquidations, closing sale, free or bonus offers, coupons, restricted offers, senior discount, premiums, and bulk order pricing.
How to request a price match?
Before you buy:
You can submit your request by emailing us through TalkToUs@petlantis.ca
Remember to attach a photo of the flyer, advertisement, or include the web address of the lower-priced product.
After you buy:
If you have your emailed receipt, simply reply to that email and attach a photo of the flyer, advertisement, or include the web address (with a screenshot) of the lower-price product.
If you have your order number, contact us via TalkToUs@petlantis.ca and attach a photo of the flyer, advertisement, or include the web address (with a screenshot) of the lower-price product.
If you can't find your receipt or your order number but you have an account with us, there is no guarantee we will be able to assist you, specially during holidays, but we will try our best. Email us the following information to start the process:
- Your Name
- Name of the product
- Date of purchase
- Total amount of the purchase
- attach a photo of the flyer, advertisement, or include the web address (with a screenshot) of the lower-price product
Q: What if I send my request on the 30th day and you receive it on the 31st day after the purchase?
A: As long as we receive your request within 30 days of purchase, your request will be processed.
Q: What if the price of the product changes after I send my request?
A: We try to process your requests as fast as possible to avoid this complication. Keep in mind the price should not be special sale price.
Q: How can I prove a product was advertised for a lower price before going on sale?
A: Most of the times, you are still able to see the original price of a product. On the unlikely event that the original price isn't posted on the website, we try to get in touch with their sales department to find out about their original price. This is also why we ask that you provide us with a screenshot of the web page.
